Customer service

All orders and all contact are handled by our c ustomer service team, which you can contact at customer@why7jeans.com.

Delivery and shipping

When ordering before 13:00 on weekdays the order is usually packed and shipped the same day. This does not apply to items where it is stated to be an order item with a longer delivery time.
Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1 -3 business days after the order is shipped. All goods are shipped via GLS or PostNord. All items are delivered as long as stocks are available. When ordering both stock items and items that are specified as an order item, we reserve the right to either send the order partially or collectively when the order items are in stock. PRECAUTIONS FOR PRESSURE ERRORS, STORAGE MANAGEMENT ERRORS AND PRICE CHANGES.

Changes or cancellations of your order

Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at customer@why7jeans.com. We can assist you with changing your order IF the order was not shipped before contacting us.
If your order is shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information on the right to cancel.
Without being bound to compensate you or otherwise cover expenses, we have the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations:

  • if an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error,
  • if your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect,
  • if we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activity,

We will do everything we can to resolve any issues that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process as well as notify you before we cancel your order. If your order is canceled, we will refund any payment you may have made to us without incurring any additional costs.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs. The total price you accept when placing an order is the amount that will be deducted from your account when your order is shipped. The amount will not be deducted until we have processed and shipped your order.

Communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Since our payment system is handled by Clearhaus / Quickpay, they are also the only ones who have access to your payment data.

Right to cancel (Cancellation right)

You have 100 days free return and exchange when you shop with us.

You have the right to cancel a purchase within the first 100 days of delivery provided that the product has not been damaged, washed, and can be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
If the 100-day period ends on a public holiday, a Saturday, a Sunday, a Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, you have at least until the following business day to return your order.

Return

If you would like to cancel your purchase after you receive the item, please send it to us before the 100-day period expires. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item unless you use our return label. It is free to use our return label. You will find this when you create your return on the website. (Does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands)
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the good s. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.
Once we have received the returned goods and have checked that they meet the terms of cancellation, we will return the full purchase price including any shipping costs. Please accept that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited. If we find that your right to cancel cannot be upheld, we will contact you via email.

Complaint or defect

In case of a defective product or inconsistency – e.g. if the product has been damaged during shipping to you – we apologize deeply and ask you to contact us immediately. It is important that you can clearly describe the problems / defects. If your complaint is accepted by our customer service, we will refund the full purchase price and all transportation costs.
Please accept that it may take up to 2 weeks before you can see the credit on your account.

Defects

You have 24 months warranty. You must advertise within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months of finding the fault or defect.
Please note that the above right to invoke errors and omissions may expire 2 years after you purchase the product if the product is not made to last for at least 2 years or if it has been used outside of ordinary use.
The opening of errors and deficiencies only applies to products that fall under definitions for such under Danish law. For more see www.forbrug.dk.

Disputser

For any dispute regarding why7jeans.com, its agreements or purchased from it are governed by Danish law and must be dealt with by a Danish court unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Privacy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission. Other things

To trade with us, you must be 18 years of age and have an approved credit card.
You can find information about your previous orders by logging in to your profile (see top of website).
We recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before you place your order, it is possible to correct the information you have provided us such as billing and delivery address.
Once you place your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of the order you just placed. We store your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time and by contacting us.
